The Global Recycle Standard for Textile and Apparel (GRS) was originally developed by the Dutch regulatory alliance and implemented in January 2008 as a third-party certification standard for the use of recycled fibers after waste textile recycling. In January 2011, the Dutch regulatory alliance transferred the copyright of the global recycling standard for textiles and clothing to the world's most influential US textile exchange.
GRS is developed for the needs of the textile industry, verifying recycled products or certain specific products. More importantly, it is important for retailers and consumers to understand which parts of a specific product are recycled materials and how these materials are handled in the supply chain.
Our GRS certification was expired, so we applied new GRS certification, and this year, we can produce recycled PBT.
